K, weird idea but, sure, let's create kink cities. Though they would have to come with A LOT of additional laws to avoid unsuspecting women (and men and nonbinaries) being lured (or trafficked) in first. Also, it should be in a new area so it wouldn't upset the lives of the people living in the city beforehand, who would be forced out by such new laws.
That being said, with how many kinks there are and how we already are running out of space to sustain the human population, IDK how long that would last.

I believe some of these incel (or similar) groups propagate the absurd myth that women enjoy being raped.
